IMPORTANT: All layering chains require a base chain to attach to. They cannot be worn on their own! 

The layering chain connects to the base chain in two ways:

• Attach it to the top link to fall above the base chain.

• Attach it to the bottom link to fall below the base chain.

You can layer up to two layering chains on one base chain. However, if you’re wearing a charm on the base chain, it is not recommended to add a bottom layering chain. This patented jewelry design reduces twisting, helping your layers stay effortlessly stylish.
